Any one know if this name was thought up or has it some thing to do with the Hotel's past history from way back at the time it was built? Was it originally called this?

Great looking hotel, but at a loss as to why the restaurant has been called the 'Harbourview Grille'. What, pray, is a 'grille'?

It's German for cricket innit!
also a series of self propelled artillery vehicles were used by Nazi Germany during World War II. The Grille series was based on the Czech Panzer 38(t) tank and used a 15 cm sIG 33 infantry gun.

so, there you are..., it all fits in.... maybe they used a Grille to propel the fireworks last night!

4th Gen you are a walking encyclopaedia! Don't expect that'll be in the pub quiz anytime soon though. Is the Black Sheep having a pub quiz? And if not, why not?

Feedback is always good but is it fair to post such a comment especially when you weren't even there?
