The next RLSS Pool Lifeguard course, scheduled for week begining Monday 27th May, is now fully booked.
Anyone wishing to be put on the standby list for this course (In case of cancelation), or put their name forward for our next course (Later this year, dates TBC) then please contact Greig or Alastair at Aqualbrium.

RLSS Pool Lifegurd Qualification
Are you aged over 16yrs?
Are you a competent swimmer?
Are you interested in developing lifesaving skills and learning rescue techniques?

Can you:
Jump/Dive Into Deep Water
Swim 50m (2 lengths)in under 60 sec
Swim 100m on front continuously (4 lengths)
Swim 100m on back continuously ( 4lengths)
Tread water for 30 seconds
Complete a surface dive to depth of 1.8m
Exit unaided from pool
