Anyone notice the number of pubs that shut last Sunday at tea time after the footie? (I am sure this is posted correctly under local issues)

Doesn't really send out the right message to people visiting the town. What must visitors think last Sunday if they wanted to go for a drink to be told they are closed due to the footie? Gives out the wrong impression?

Actually it is a bad show for the locals too who want a wee half on a Sunday night!
