WEDNESDAY 27TH MAY 2009

Owen Coyle’s expected to confirm he will be the next Celtic manager.

Parkhead chief executive Peter Lawwell's already offered the Burnley boss the job and he's set to give him an answer before a compensation package is discussed with his club.

Coyle's stock's risen after leading his side to the Premiership, but he's keen to take charge of his boyhood heroes.

Anyone in the media care to have the balls and come out and tell us what this means?

The process of appeasement begins at parkhead today, with owen coyle being offered the vacent managerial post. He must fit the "celtic minded" catagory, as he is hardly a big name? In a playing carear which spanned over almost 20 years, playing mostly for lower league clubs and 7 minutes for a foreign nation

So, celtic minded?

Draw your own conclusions on this one :?

modfather, you have some sort of obsession with celtic.

From memory, you've started topics about Artur Boruc, refereeing bias to Celtic and now this in the last wee while.

I think you're just a big secret Celtic fan trying desperately to suppress your celtic mindedness

Maybe you could explain the term to us?

As a Burnley fan, I certainly hope Owen Coyle doesn't go to Celtic

Well according to the Collins English Dictionary (Michael edition that is)

Celtic Mindedness----------adj. Not a Hun.

Says it all really.

I would sure as hell hope that a Rangers manager would be "Rangers Minded", and that just means concentrating on the job at hand. I wouldn't read anything else into it.

Owen Coyle is the new manager of Glasgow Celtic exclusive. Bookies offering 4-1 - hurry while odds remain.
A taxi driver picked up his sister in Glasgow last night - who spilled the beans.
Remember were you first heard the news - on the forums first world exclusive.

Just what is your point Modfather? Shouldn't any team want a coach who is Celtic minded, Rangers minded, Aberdeen minded etc?

You've got a serious problem with Celtic which you need to get over.

Your giving me way too much credit there. I don't know the first thing about the bookies - except they have more money than their punters.
