Unknown song!

My problem: In an old Austrian radio-broadcast (late 70's / early 80's) which I have at home there is a special song which I like much, but I didn't find out anything about it. For me the lyrics are hardly and only partly to understand, but I think it is Scottish dialect and the song is an independence- or political song. Now I've found your forum and hope, somebody can help me.
I attached the song, but no mp3 and only 1 MiB is allowed, therefore I I zipped it. I think, quality to recognize will be enough. At beginning and end I included the (for me not understandable) name of the singer, spoken from the spokeswoman at the end of the broadcast.
If anybody knows something about singer and/or song please let me know!
