can anyone help me have got my profile set as below but am still getting updates for every topic I have posted to. ?????????????????????????????????????????????

Check your profile (click Profile above) and untick the box the says to notify you of any responses to threads you have posted in.

That will sort it.

you could always make a folder in your email that only contains emails from the forum address. That way at least they will be separated from your regular email. Of course, that won't solve the problem of having your mail notifier notify you all the time.

Alan, I've just looked at your profile and set the email response thingy to yes, saved it, then gone back again and set it to no to see if that helps.
