Where's my tool bar?

I've done something which has caused the annoying effect that my tool bar has totally disappeared (not just links, or other options, but all of it). However, when I move the cursor up the top of the screen it reappears, but only the address bar, and the back/forward buttons....aaahhhhh

Any suggestions, warmly welcomed!

Right click at the top somewhere (not the blue bit) - below that.
On mine it's on my google bar.
A wee option menu opens with 'menu bar' at the top of a list of options.
Select (left click) menu bar - a tick will appear beside it and the menu bar will reappear
I HOPE!!!!

Do not click on your google bar too often though - it can hurt!!
