IMHO NOD32 does both. Of course it doesn't include a firewall - you would need a separate product for that -
Zone Alarm (which is free) or similar. If you have a broadband connection and have your computer on a lot it is vital you have a firewall.
That's where Norton or McAfee may be worth a look as they include a whole suite of programs to protect your computer from different types of attack - whether virus or other.
NOD32 is $39 from the US website and $27.30 to renew every year. The program is fit and forget - it automatically updates itself when you are online
