The new webcam can be found at http://www.visitkintyre.info/webcam/index.htm (hold down ctrl and click to open in a new window). There are 7 different views of Campbeltown that you can control by clicking on the Choose a View drop down list at the bottom left of the view. In addition of you browse using Internet Explorer you will aslo be able to click on View Live Video which will show a LIVE stream of the view. (unfortunately Firefox does not support this and the image you see will be updated every 3-5 seconds.)

The www.visitkintyre.info webcam has finally been added to the Streamdays page where you can vote for it. You can vote on a scale of 1-10 by running your mouse across the stars and getting to 10!

Hello, I'm sitting at my computer here in Cornwall, Ontario, Canada with a fantastic view of the wee toon. In fact one Webcam is not far from my cousin Judith's house on Low Askomil, and I can watch the boats coming and going. What a treat for me to be able to do this! I have such fond memories of Campbeltown, and now I can be there when I want. Thank you for providing this great service.

Sorry, I should have mentioned the webcam is not available during 23.00 and 08.30 each day. I need to get it outside the house so it can be 24hrs
