Advices/instructions on food product packages

Postby EMDEE » Tue Mar 09, 2010 12:13 am

I bought a tin of sardines at the Co-op tonight and noticed that there was an "allergy advice" on the back stating that it contains fish! :<>

Who would have thought that?

You learn something new every day.
Viva la Quinte Brigada
'No Pasaran', the pledge that made them fight
'Adelante' is the cry around the hillside
Let us all remember them tonight

 I share your shock! I bought a bottle of lemonade and the label said it contained lemons! On the back of a M & S chocolate covered peanuts packet it states that it contains nuts!!!!! It's mental but that's the lengths they have to go to in order to prevent litigation. If we ever need a 21st century slogan for Britain it has to be 'Contains nuts'!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
