We would like to thank everyone around here for your hospitality and help. Even before coming here, we found god help and advice through this forum, so thanks to all “in here”, and, in no particular order, special thanks to:
• The Sunday winter league in the golf club, for taking me under their wings, even though my jokes were bad.
• Peter Paterson, for being the best friend, and inspiration for getting the running shoes out again.
• The teachers and staff at Drumlemble Primary, best school on planet.
• The kind Jessie’s behind the bar, and the rest of the golf club & shop.
• The McClements for being the perfect landlords.
• The Tuesday bounce game with Keith, Keith and Owen.
• John Gillespie for the coffee and crack in the bakery.
• Beavis & Butthead for being the best pubquiz team. The only two times they didn’t win, was probably the two times I joined their team.
• Brian Findlay for caring me round in the winther league, and introducing me to some fantastic people.
• All the wonderful neighbours around us here in Skerrievore.
We’ll be crying all the way to Denmark, and hope for a return to here. Our plans are to put our house in Denmark on the market next spring, and have started looking for a plot around here.
