I would have to disagree - the board has been used in general.

Again, there has been few references to football on this General Heading. but nothing to get upset about.

Certainly under sport it has been mostly football but that can't be helped and I would suggest you don't enter there if you don't like football.

As for the General heading the topics have been varied but I can't help what people post.

I am sure you have enjoyed a number of other threads so don't let this put you off.

Well I'm the last person to talk about football - I'm not a fan at all
I thought the Tartan Army was the Bay City Rollers fan club

But back to the topic. I feel I may have boobed with this one so I shall have to find an alternative avatar. Does anyone want to post some ideas for me?

I assume you're using Photobucket to host the image Jeanette. Your Avatar should link to a URL so you need to highlight Url and not Img and copy and paste that link.

Aaah, just re-read your initial post. If Paste is greyed out then nothing has been copied to the clipboard (memory).

Try using the Edit menu. Highlight the Url link, click Edit > Copy then click in the box for the Avatar link and use the Edit menu again, this time clicking Paste. HTH

Instead of copy and paste for the url, take a note of it on paper then type it all in full on your profile page, had probs before myself, just played around till it worked..keep tryin

I used photobucket. highlight url, right click on pic,copy then right click on avatar part in profile and paste. worked for me.

I tried a couple that were probably too big. If it works it says it's been updated.
