I like this - a good diversity of pages on the site now including this one and the gardening section which is equally interesting.

Don't know about the steak sandwich mind you - I am a vegetarian!

The steak sandwich sounds delicious! I commend people that have the patience. I would usually be overwhelmed at the thought of spending 2+ hours in its preparation. My time is short during the week, and I look for speedy recipies but maybe on a weekend I could try it. Thanks for submitting the recipe.
