Just as everyone knows the number for Tavvies Taxis .....whoever wrote that wee ditty should be head hunted by that famous big London ad agency with the double barrelled name which escapes me just now.......Nigela Lawson is married to one of them........

Welcome to Kintyre on the west coast of Scotland - a 60km long peninsula running from Tarbert in the north to Southend and the Mull of Kintrye in the south. Kintyre is a haven of small villages and hamlets each with their own wonderful scenery.

Kintyre is home to some of Scotland's best wildlife - with links to the bird obs etc etc
