It saddens me in particular when Scots support English teams before supporting any Scottish team. (and I do mean any).

You generally find those who support the likes of Man Utd are big game hunters and know nowt about football....

The line is cast wee Mo noo come and get the bait..... :wink:

I can remember running about Muasdale as a young fla and having great pride wearing my Hearts top and beating the Southerners wae their Man U tops on! :wink:

i remember most of the days /managers you mentioned there one in particular from the days of frank o'farrell his last signing(i think) Scotlands very own ted mcdougall now there was a player for utd :? and a honary widnesian(his parents moved here when he was a little un).....still got the highest in a single game 9 for bournemouth. :wink:

I realise that that you cannot help being intoxicated by your own verbose keech but would it be possible for you to stick to the sport chit chat like a good chap as Davie has asked you.

I know how much your vast knowledge of mince means to you but there is a place for everything and I am sure that you would agree that it's in everybody's interests to keep these threads pongal and Widnes United free
