Sunset photographs

Bochan Mor, the red, white and blue sunset deserves a title! You nailed it with "Sunset over America". It is a powerful photo!
The golden photo is almost surreal-

Amron had a great idea on the Photo of the Month thread- to compile the 12 monthly winners into a calendar. This might be an option for you, Malky and Gary for your stunning sunset pictures. I know I'd purchase one. :D You could talk to Michael and see what he could design.

Gary, lighthouse pictures are in great demand here in the US. There are those that plan their entire vacations around visiting lighthouses.

Looking UP

Aye Malky, they say that lighthouse holidays are good for post natal depression. You usually have to struggle to a a very remote and windswept location, but when you get to the front door, the only way is up!

Malky,

Don't suppose you got any of the sun shining through the clouds onto Gigha early evening today - was amazing - should have stopped and took some....

And there's me, been stuck in the office all day...

That squat little light looked a lot like the Corran Ferry light.

Cheers

Thought I knew it. We used the Corran and Lochaline ferries regularly when we lived on Mull, for shopping trips up to Fort William.
