quote/unquote

A reference is also made to Spartacus in the movie "That Thing You Do," when the drummer, Shades, writes a song called "I am Spartacus."

Me either! I didn't know if it was only the obvious answer or if you were being brilliant and clever and decided to fool us! I actually went googling because I thought Mel Brooks might have made a reference to it in The History of the World. So, you weren't being brilliant and clever?

How about:

1. "I want you hosers to get me a fresh case of beer first thing in the morning!"

2. "Badges? We don't need no stinking badges."

3. "Badges!? We ain't got no badges. We don't need no badges! I don't have to show you any stinking badges!"

Number 1 has to be one of the McKenzie brothers movies, but as for the rest - I know the quote but can't remember the actual movie. Hmm - must have been a little busy when that one was beign shown!
