We are pleased to announce that you can now enter for the 5th Mull of Kintyre Half Marathon and 10k.

Online entries are now open at - http://www.runnersworld.co.uk/mokrun

It doesn't cost anything extra to enter online but it does help reduce our admin and reduce errors. You can also purchase ceilidh (£12) and pasta party tickets (£9) online.

Due to the race being in such demand in 2009 we have increased the number of runners to 650 but please enter soon to avoid disappointment.

Happy training - 6 months to go!

cant make up my mind which to do, really enjoyed the company of the 10k this year, its such a long hard half!!! but if i want to do a marathon in september....oooooo what to do!!!!!

Will be doing the kintyre way on first so gives plenty recovery time this year, so should really do half, but really want to do 10k, will leave it another wee while and think about it some more :D

That's me in for the half and now that there is a good gap between this race and the Kintyre Way Relay,l should do at least hit my last years time.

Always look forward to this race, for many a reason.
