I took a walk around Carradale Point, Sunday before last (3/1/10). Despite the cold, the weather was good and not a breath of wind to be had, at one point I even had my coat off. Now that’s good Carradale weather. Our goaty friends were out in force too, but they won’t let you get anywhere near.

And you're quite right SCD, I do get about a bit. Maybe even getting too long in the tooth for it too. :D

A very nice shot that, Pete. Also took me a while to work out from where it was taken. What time of day was that?

In answer to your question about the time Crowth, I think it was between 08-30 and 09-00.
as you can see from the amount of sand in the foreground, there was a fairly low tide.
