Thanks. Took it a couple of weeks ago, on voting day, when I had to find something to amuse the kids for a few hours. They love it up there.
It was taken through the arch of what was the main gate to the castle, complete with portcullis channels and murder-holes. The arch you can see to the left of the keep was, apparently, knocked through by a farmer a long time ago when the castle ruin was being used to keep animals and farm gear in.
Well worth a visit for anyone in the area, as is the Seafood Shack where perhaps the most delicious seafood on Kintyre can be eaten.
