Full Moon Tonight (28-08-07)

Postby Beachcomber » Tue Aug 28, 2007 10:20 pm

Just a couple of pictures of tonight's Full Moon taken at Carradale:

Image
This first shot was taken at f11 and 1/60th, ISO200, 420mm plus 1.45x tele-extender.

Image
This second shot was taken at f11 and 1/60th, ISO200, with just the bare 420mm lens.

Anyone else out there watching the skies tonight?

Thanks Jeanette, I managed to crack off a couple of frames tonight as well, in between the clouds. Got a bit more detail by switching to manual focus, I think:

Any closer and you'd be able to see the man who lives up there.

My parents lived in Ceylon for several years. Apparently the people there say it's a rabbit.
