Great pics B Lass :D I noticed how photogenic Islay and Jura looked in snow myself a couple of times, but never had the camera to hand at the time.

Very nice pics Bonnie Lass.

I have one of the first pic I took from Muasdale from beside the old pub, Gigha windfarm in the foreground, yours looks as if taken from around there also.

Cheers

Ship

Same here. I wish the sun would set in the east, just for a change, so I wouldn't have to drive all the way around ;)
That's an absolutely stunning image, btw. Here's one I took in the Gauldrons a couple of days ago.

JFM, that is a fantastic pic. The rocks near Kilocraw make great sunset foregrounds :D

Yes, lets hope we can encourage more people to post photos again. Perhaps more generic threads like this and East Kintyre are the best way forward? Cracking photo at Killocraw JFM. Powerful shot.

Absolutely stunning! Never tire of photos from the Gauldrons. Now I want to know how you get your stones to look like that! 8)

I'm a bit of a fair weather photographer as you see :-) Here is one from July last year. Taken on Muasdale beach. I seem to be returning their more and more these days. 8)

A cracker of a shot, just beautiful.

I was travelling from Tarbert on the 16th December when I noticed a gorgeous sunset down the loch. I pulled over, made my way through some trees to the shore and set the camera up. Just as I was finishing another car pulled over and the driver got out with his camera and made his way through the same trees. As we passed each other we both said 'great minds think alike' That wasn't you was it?

SCD

Another beauty. I haven't made it as far as Muasdale yet with the camera, summertime isn't far away though
