Stopped at a layby to admire the gorgeous views we had today, came across this, not one for the Holiday Photo albumn

Pram, cot sides, TV and step, no need for any of this - I am sure Roading Rubbish Tip would have accepted all these items.

I know exactly where that is. I was parked up there last week and I was apalled by the selfishness of the mindset that is capable of that sort of thing. As you say Bonnie, it would probably have been easier and quicker to drive to the Roading

What annoys me is that most of it is non bio-degradable, will be there for years - a lovely legacy to leave the next generation. The other annoying factor is that there is no way of retrieving it now without climbing gear and abseiling down - perhaps Roading Depot should put something in the Courier to highlight what can be left, all they have to do is drive round, can't be any harder than getting to that car park.

Beachmore and Beachmenach from North Beachmore - Tuesday 5th June 2012. This stretch of coastline lies north of Chleit between Muasdale and Tayinloan and looks out towards Gigha and Cara with Jura and Islay in the distance.
