Campbeltown Pupils first string won away from home against Busby by 2-1. The team now lies second top in Premier One after three consecutive wins. Only goal difference seperates them from leaders Postal United, both on nine points after three matches.
The second string went down by 3-1 against a much more mature West Coast Unitd from Largs. The make-up of the reserve eleven was affected by holidays, and, the progress of some of their team-mates to first team football. The youngest side ever assembled by the local favourites definately has a lot of potential, and, will surely come good in the future when this particular team reaches maturity.
