As an interested spectator I have a fair few observations and questions about all this but as it is nothing to do with me I will keep it to myself!

No 4th, they are not allowed to play unless they abide by the rule of 1 registered amateur per team.

Through the grapevine I hear there is currently

Whiskey Mac's
The Gluepot
The Davaar Bar
Carradale A.F.C
Southend

Apparently the Parahandy have disbanded this year. . Shame really cos I was looking forward to taking they're trophies off them. :D
Parahandy did not disband, the team manager walked the team across the road cause he thinks another pub will buy them more gear.

Can any of these team's confirm participation and could we arrange a meeting sometime in the near future to discuss the laws by which teams will abide and get a fixture list made up and ofcourse try to recruit referees.

I watched that game and the Davaar were very poor nowhere near their best also watched whiskeys a couple of times and they doesnt look to me much of a threat to anyone ...however southend have yet to get a game under their belts will be interesting to see how they do and as for carradale (campbeldale) nonie has done well for them its a pity there arent other managers as commited as he is! the young team will be the team to watch i think but as far as i am aware the only team the havent managed to win or draw against is the Davaar, heard that there is a game on friday night between the Davaar and Carradale at kinloch is this true??????

Received details of the league set-up from Nonnie and Lachie at the start of the week and there are seven teams entered with the league starting w/e 20th May 2007. Hopefully will cover results etc on here - ie people will post them

This league was not set up to help the amateur teams in the town that in my opinion are ruining the young talent anyway.

You will find that was a Verbatim Report from another member. (If you understand what that means). If not look it up in a dictionary young man.

I take it you have nothing to do with either the boys or the pupils then???
What do you think would happen to all the young players in the town if they just packed up? In the boys team that played centre at home last week there were 7 players under the age of 21. This is only a case in point, im sure there are better examples but thats the most recent so easiest to recall. Why is that ruining young talent?

Whats your opinion then, why are they ruining the local talent?
