New timetable for fitness classes as of 7th January 2008 in town hall:
Monday 6pm - Legs, bums and tums (A toning class focusing on the lower body)
Tuesday 6pm - Step and Tone (An aerobic and resistance class to tone the whole body)
Wednesday 6pm - Spin Cycling (A cardiovascular fat-burning workout on indoor bikes)
Thursday 6pm - Combat (A fun martial arts inspired aerobic workout)
Friday 6pm - Stability (A whole body toning class focusing on the core muscles)
Aqualibrium full members - FREE. Non-members £3 per class.
