For our July tasting we are pleased to have North Star Spirits come to join us. Based in Glasgow they bottle small batch no chill filtration cask strength whiskies. They source casks from many different distilleries to bottle and being single cask each batch of bottlings are unique.
Many of their fine bottlings are and have been on the Ardshiel bar over the past couple of years and we look forward to tasting the drams they will be selecting for the night.
As usual we will be tasting 6 drams from their range and experience tells us there is sure to be some delights on the night.
