Family research - Dugald Mathieson

I am researching my family history and have come across a Dugald Mathieson who on his death certificate was pronounced drowned at sea on 17 / 18 May 1869 5 miles off shore. Two other names are listed in the same way, namely John Kennedy and Murdoch Campbell. Dugald was a fisherman and I am looking for any details anyone may have on what I presume was a fishing boat lost at sea. Thanks

I am researching the McMath/Mathieson/Mathison/Matheson family in Kintyre, mainly Campbeltown and Killean area and have several Dugald's in the family tree. I would welcome more information about the Dugald Mathieson who drowned off shore.
