Commis Chef Vacancy

We are seeking a Commis Chef for our 14 bedroom boutique hotel in Bellochantuy, near Campbeltown.

5 days out of 7, up to 45 hours/week.
Breakfast and food served all day to 9pm.
£6.50 per hour depending on experience.
Must have experience in a commercial kitchen.
Must be able to get to and from the hotel for shift times.
Shifts vary from 9am to 10pm.

Responsibilities include running larder section, maintaining high level of cleanliness and assisting with orders, food prep, service and clean down.
