Anyone up for a "February Frenzy" as cut back week for the months training. Happy to do it Saturday/Sunday 26th/27th,whatever suits.

It will keep you all in race mode leading up to the Balloch-Clyde 1/2 marathon.

I will leave that thought with you all to mull over.

I can only do the 27th Feb now, forgot that my boy made the Oban runs on the 26th Feb.

Due to that l won't really have time to set up another xcountry course, the route will have to be trail,(sorry iceblue).I will put the details up on the Club forum, It will be a Heads & Tails run.

Where are yous doing hills? I'm going to do mine immediately after work as can't make training. Was thinking of doing the macleod homes/the walk hill but it has 4 streetlights out at moment and work is getting done to the new houses at top, I've reported it to Council (again, along with many other streetlights out in town). Might just do high askomil x 10, not as steep but I'm sure still pretty hard!!!!

Well done on the training session last night, l am getting left behind by more and more runners, which goes to show how you are starting to come through and your hard work is paying off.

The February Frenzy route is up on the the club members forum, thanks to DP and it is also on the CRC web site, thanks to Stuart. Most people know the route well and a lot have ran it often and with it being done on the handicap system,no one should feel out of sorts as everyone that runs should finish close together, that is the beauty off handicap racing.

So come on and join in and a have good run.

Well done tonight on training as it was not the best of nights for what we did.As the lads said " hats off to the ladies" who come every week or so, no matter the conditions and run exactly what we all do and put the same or more effort in regardless. Good on you all.

I might not make Thursday so Katie or Kevin will take the session.

Well done tonight.

February Frenzy numbers are growing (good),I hope the weather is kind for us,it might be wishful thinking of getting good weather third race on the trot.

Anyone that is running as a guest, can you please confirm with me and give me some time of a recent race so l can work with it and slot you in with the right handicap time.

On saying that, you can still turn up on the last minute due to what ever reason and CRC will still welcome you to run.

You can pm myself or another member of the club and they will pass the info on to me.
