Thought I would put this one up for you all to have a gander, as I have always wanted to do this one over the last few years and next year is the best chance we have, as we are not going on holiday. This will be my autumn marathon (or less) come then.

It is not everyones cup of tea, but offers a lot for a trip as well as catering for all distances in running.

Hi All,

just putting the feelers out. as you know we have a good number of races at home now, some being established over the years by various groups, ie No1 race weekend (Mok) in the calendar year, a handicap series, a beach run by CRC (slog in the sand), a xcountry race by (CRC), 2 trail races (tin farm 5) and no doubt a Tri being arranged for the future. Quite lucky really if that is the right word for sometimes real pain.(lol).

Which brings us on to the only thing missing now is our own hill race,( yes you guessed it) Bengullion over a 1000ft in height. So l was just wondering would there an appetite for a low key CRC and guest runners who would have a pop at it.

Some time March would suit the best,we could make it a Saturday and a have a good day of it with the trimmings of Pub lunch and a few drinks etc.

Let us know if you are up for it, then we could make a start on the best route up to the TRIG point and back.
