WANT TO WATCH? - best places

I've had a few people ask where they will be able to watch the event taking place. From people intrested in taking photos and the general public wanting to support.

The family route (39 Riders) Will follow the roads round the Loch to Low Askomil (old shipyard) then return via the same route, carrying on to Kilkerran, where there will be a checkpoint- they are encouraged then to do as little or as much as they want past Kilkerran with a maximum outer point of the bottom of the hill at Kildalloig Bay.

The 33 mile challenge (harder route) exits the town via Kilkerran Road and Kildalloig, then re enters by the A83 West Road, Millknowe and into Longrow, Left at the end and along the Dual Carriageway.

The 20 mile easier challenge leaves via the railway path & Meadows Avenue & Tomaig Road, then back in via the Big Kiln and Main Street, and the Dual Carriageway.

So we hope there are plenty places to observe and cheer the cyclists on, should you wish to do so. Obviously there will be a short length of Kilkerran Road between the Ardshiel and the railway path, that will be used by all riders (though at different times)
As has already been explained elsewhere the Ultimate has had to be suspended until next year, due to poor take up.
