Council Services - budget cuts

... including decisions outwith the budget, as I feel that decisions made for further afield in our Argyll & Bute will have repurcussions for Kintyre.

Asymetric, this is the 3rd or 4th time I have said on this thread - The budget will be decided at a Full Council Meeting where all councillors are able to vote and make alternative proposals.
