Loved the photos of the frigates. Gawsh is it 40 years ago we used to wait for the ships and the subs to come into the harbour for the sailors to come to the local dance on Saturday night? Or special treat, the airmen from the base? How many of us girls ended up with a nice wee sailor? :oops: hehe

Great photos JD - I was out a walk along Shore Road last night and it was still pretty windy/stormy then. I took some photos and put them up on my Facebook, but they're pretty rubbish quality as only had my I-Pod to hand :lol:

Same applies to the chap on the right holding the camera on the ALB, Fraser :wink: Did you know that was me at the time or, like me, got hit by realisation afterwards at home when zoomed in?
