Yoga/Pilates

Are there any yoga or pilates classes in or near Campbeltown? Or even anyone offering private classes/tuition?

Sent you a private message, in the meantime I am working with a DVD - its simple and great,

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Yogalates-Firm-Fit-Flexible-DVD/dp/B000BX6FPK/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1343387707&sr=8-2

The instructor talks you through each move, I'm doing what I can, any that cause too much strain I am leaving out, but I've noticed a difference already - main problem being back pain.

Viv Dudley used to a run a class in the Lorne and Lowland church hall on a Tuesday at 5.30 which was great but unfortunately I can no longer make that time. The Aqualibrium may look in to taking yoga/stretching classes in the future hopefully.

Thanks folks. Elaine, do you know if Viv's classes are on over the summertime? I know the Tarbert ones are off just now until September.
Cheers

Sorry Bonnie Lass. They are on a Tuesday at 5.30pm in the new church hall at the Lorne and Lowland. I've only manages along once as I'm working away a lot, but really enjoyed it, as I know others do as well.
