Enjoyed yesterday morning's jogscotland run up Westport Beach at a nice easy pace, and the sea breezes kept me cool 8)

it was just beautiful iceblue, just a shame we hadnt got longer and could have went further. think we should do same next week if weather keeps up and then we can go a wee bit further if we r organised. will need to wait n see.

what more could you ask for than some good company and a beautiful beach to go jogging arent we lucky :D :D

We are lucky Fiona28, most people don't have the opportunity to run on the beach on such a hot sunny day :) and the company certainly makes the time pass really quickly!

Jog scotland string.... good one fiona28

Looking forward to getting back on track after my few days off...really missed my training day on Saturday ..sad when you would rather be there than on holiday. :) :)

As a new member of jog scotland I cannot praise the leaders and the team enough and I encourage anyone to join not only for the support and training tips but for the team spirit that goes along with it . It's fun too. :D

hi out there all you beginners who ran your first time trial tonight - well done to you all - even if you all went faster than i had told you to  a bunch of competitors if i ever saw them.

our first 1 mile time trial gave us results between 10:12mins and 13:30mins which is abs excellent for some girls in their first and second weeks - big effort from all - thanks for playing the game :D :D

hoping all will enter for the 10k in glasgow on 2 sept 07.

a good weekend out without alcohol

iceblue you havent been on to let us know how you went in the 10k and we're all bursting to find out so give us a shout :D

anyone with any points taken from tonight feel free to post and well done to you all  8)

We know you are mental (your training comment) and we know you are the boss but if there is no alcohol - at least on the Friday night WE ARE NOT GOING!!! (Think I can speak for the rest of the gang on that one    ). Only kidding - was good to get the times tonight and looking forward to Tuesday to see what's next. Think some of these beginners doing lots of secret practice though :D but well done!!
