back to the milestones...

sure you southend folk are right :)

to and from - not sure
to brighten up my day one hot windy run round these hills I decided the folk at eden had inherited a worn out sign and the number 12 worn away looked like 10 - so they painted it like that!
that means it's about 13miles to the junction - but prob is about 10 from eden TO town

oh dear don't know how II'll manage at the weekend without my security blanket of mile counting - can't think of seeing any on the WHW -
hopw js do get a good day for the fundraiser

Ags, can you put me down for a tenner. Haven't seen anyone to sponsor them.
A very worthwhile cause. I know that we as a family have recently spent an awful lot of time at the hospital, and to have somewhere like this that we wouldn't have felt we were intruding would have been great. By no means do I mean that the hospital staff were unwelcoming, but you know what it's like.
Anyway best of luck to you all on Sunday-probably won't be fit to cheer you on as going to the dance the morra night x

Well done fiona28 ..... 8)

Really looking forward to the day out with everyone...there is going to be lots of fun and laughter, I just know it . Canna wait to 'climb' that big hill at the first waters . Looking forward to the picnic afterwards. Will need to get up early and make those egg pieces .

Remember to all wear your Jog Scotland t shirts guys ....photo time again .

Ice maiden thanks for your good wishes and enjoy your night. And cant agree more with what you said about the hospice ...a very worthwhile and needy project . I think we will do well in sponsorship for this one.

News travels fast right enough Fiona!!
Of course, Stan was right there at the penalty kick but the damage was done long before that in FIVE 15 minute all action games......never, ever EVER again.......I can hardly walk, only hobble...

And, I am afraid you will have to include me OUT for tomorrow :( :( :? :x
But I will be out and about to greet and meet and join in with the fun......jeezo, I am annoyed at myself for playing...it was great playing with all my old team mates and friends of near 30 years for one LAST time....but, it now has to be last time.

However, the injuries MIGHT losen up with a bath and massage overnight....maybe, just maybe!!
