If you enjoyed Rosanne's duet with Bruce then listen to the full album at the link below.

Bruce Springsteen played "Johnny Cash's Ring of Fire "as part of his set at the Sommet Center in Nashville, Tenn., on Wednesday night. 8)

Always said he had good taste.

Been listening lately to Pearl Jam and some of the stuff Vedder has done with Bruce has been fab!

One for the Horse - Morello doing impossible things with a guitar!

Don't know why but Tom Joad is becoming one of my favourite springsteen tracks, I must be getting older.

A more recent version of something Horse posted waaaaay back....

I believe that ''London Calling '' , the concert Bruce and the E-Street band performed in Hyde Park last year , is being released on DVD in June.
The opening No. is their version of ''London Calling '' originally by the Clash. The last song , before the credits , will be ''Dancing In The Dark '' . Two extras will be ''The River '' performed at Glastonbury and ''Wreckin Ball '' performed on the American tour.
Was any Forum member at Hyde Park?
I have just watched ''Live In New York '' the concert recorded on 2000 after 10 years of not performing together , that certainly was one of the best Live Performance DVDs I have watched !

Glad to be of assistance GG , I have also ordered my copy , via Play.com( Other retail oulets are available).
I'm sure it will be a great reminder for you of a unique concert.
I was at the Hampden concert in July '09 , but I will certainly be looking forward to June 21st when '' Postman Pat '' drops the copy through my letterbox.

Waiting with anticipation for my DVD . . .

In the meantime, I bought the new Gaslight Anthem offering: American Slang. The opening song is very reminiscent of early vintage Bruce/E-Street Band and you can tell how heavily influenced by Springsteen they are although you can hear a bit Petty, a bit Clash and a bit Killers. So far, my favourite track is 'The Diamond Street choir' - could be straight off an early Springsteen album.

Oh I am really jealous! I wanted to go see them this month at the 02 Brixton but no-one fancied coming with me. Where's the venue? I reckon it won't be long until they play bigger places.
