Ancestry of James and Margaret McMillan

Hi everyone!
I'm looking for any information on James McMillan who married Margaret McMillan on 2nd June 1755 in Campbeltown. So far I have only found 1 son listed on Scotlands People, Daniel McMillan, my 5 x great grandfather, who married Margaret Easton on 28 April 1784 in an irregular marriage. The only parents I can find on Scotlands people for him are John McMillan and More McMillan that would support the age group. For Margaret McMillan there are 4 that would support the age group as well. Any information on this would be greatly received as I have been desperate to visit Campbeltown as my husband is a MacMillan and we wanted to visit the MacMillan Cross at Kilmory Chapel.
Also if there are any good reading sources on the McMillans of that area a well, any info on this would be great also.
