yer arse in parsley, that was done and dusted well before xmas, and if you were lookin closely enough you would have known i was up fixing a fence as she's in the air on her way hame. besides, i know a local tradesman that would make you one out of a bit of 2mm ply and charge ye £70 and that was ten years ago. then theres the wans that reckon they can fit windaes, that only leak when it rains and let in the wind when it blows more than 5mph.

don't know aboot your hoose but i can count the local tradesmen on wan hand that i'd let near anything in my hoose and they'll tell you i stand ower them the whole time to see its done right.

one is an electrician, i'll naw name the other two, aye thats right three. ok four, but thats it.

besides that box will still be standin efter some oh the houses getting built have fa'n doon.
