Hi Fiona - You can collect them from Aqua -
I have a copy in the office if you want to see them when you're in the building at work this week.

Hi all

Have now worked out your latest handicap times and elapse times and l will put them on a spread sheet and pass them over to Davie P(in a day or two) to put them up on here and also over to lsla to double check my maths.

Looking at the times, for thos that have run once already(you are now entering into the racing zone)hopefully it will have a more true reflection on current form and it will be down to sheer racing and the want to hurt along the way to get the most points on the night.

All good fun and keep up the training.

Hi All

We are up and ready to go for the next race,Isla has checked my maths and saved some of you from some ruthless cuts in your elapse times, cos from now on every second counts and very important, far more than the first race times.,so many thanks goes to her.

The next race will be at

Westpoint Beach 30th July 7pm

Thanks

O.M..G. better get back into the swing, just back at 7am this morning - no sleep all night, but had a fab holiday :D A very hilly area we stayed in much to moi's dismay - yes pans lass the trainers were packed and yes i trailed her up and down what seemed like a monstrous incline on the new golf course "Anfi Tauro" in Gran Canaria - at 7am mind you - i was kind and didnt make her run in the sunshine

instead we got up lovely and early to appreciate the peacefulness and solitude of the early morning sunrise  .

Stan was on the running rota till he hurt his ankle at "next activity for the adults - futball" then he got the long lie in the morning.

Had our last run on the friday last week then chilled out for our last weekend - brilliant, brilliant time had by all, didnt want to come home, can you have Jogscotland in Gran Canaria??? :D

im no so sure pans lass, reading djds "sheer racing" makes me think struggling up the hills at snail pace might not be going to help me with a sprint across a beach, all that hill training helped minimize the damage of the excess food intake tho

havent trained since friday, was going to tonight but worked late, will before tuesday at some point - hopefully :D

Hi All

Not long now until the next lung busting race, which is along the beach.

Just a quick reminder(really for the new runners) off the set up which will be the same as Lussa, seek out your new handicap and starting order, (ie your elapse time),which will be on the board and have your number pinned to your shirt and be ready for the off as your start time is approaching(thanks).

Good to hear that there has been some healthy debate's over the handicap times etc and as usual, handicap races series will always have that surrounding it.

See you Tuesday.
