Excellent the honesty box for every one then!!

Fiona will probably keep me in check in the gym and I'm enjoying the X training more than the running just now!!

Count me and Stu in DJD. Sounds good!

Like Fiona, I'm going to need to squeeze some of these exercises into my Combat, Strength or Spin routines to fit it all in!! (I'm sure we could fit in a plank or two  ) You are all welcome to come along to the classes to give them a go - great cross training :D

I for one should do more stretching/yoga/core stability etc to help stretch/repair my muscles and become more flexible - will any of those exercises be incorporated into it DJD?

Busy weekly timetable you have Elaine, you have the wisdom to say if you can squeeze this in or not.

This is what it is all about, everyone adding something to the program what ever they think would benifit the group(come old or new exercises etc) and l'm sure all of what you have expressed will be in the game somewhere.

Comfirmed list up to date on second say.

fiona28 wrote:great plan djd, i do loads of x-training but i know plenty who dont!!

i could build some of the suggestions into my toning class - so come along and do it with friends - :D

loving it - cant wait to get started :D

anyone wanting any help - I dont mind kicking butt in th gym

Thought it may be some sort of cross training DJD but had swimming in mind so guessed wrong. Sounds a great plan and its definitely what I am needing to enhance my running performance and build strength .

Maybe your toning class will cover them all Fiona28 as dont think you leave any part of the body unchallenged on a Monday .

Now I have finally joined the gym I look forward to you helping me 'kick butt' after my induction tomorrow .

Is it too late to join DJD .

The option is there if you are not that strong then the incline is the easiest out of the lot then you move on to the tougher degree.(Kichen unit, table ,chair, kness bent, floor on toes).

Ladies thats all it is,is to ease everyone in as if we are all equal at the start. We all know the knowledge, lets keep things simple and enjoy it.

Thanks.
